Courses

Our self-paced online courses provide structured, evidence-informed neurodivergent education, offering an accessible entry point into understanding neurodivergence.

Designed for individuals and organisations, they explore ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and a range of profiles, covering areas such as executive functioning and nervous system regulation in a clear, structured format.

Blending lived experience with evidence-based insight, they build understanding at your own pace, creating a strong foundation before deeper, interactive or tailored support.

A gentle but powerful first step.
