We’re Redesigning Our Environment

At Neurominds, we believe environments should adapt to people, not the other way around.

That philosophy applies to our digital space, too. We’re currently transitioning to a more structured, supportive online environment designed to bring greater clarity, accessibility and focus to the way you explore our work.
If you need information in the meantime, or would like to enquire about coaching, training or programmes, please contact us directly at hello@neurominds.org.uk. We’re very much open for business while we refine the structure around it.
Thank you for your patience as we create an environment designed to help you move from coping to clarity.

"Neurodiversity is not a deficit. It's a difference.”
Judy Singer

Meet Jan, Founder of Neurominds

Neurominds grew from my own journey of understanding ADHD later in life and recognising how transformative the right structure and support can be. What began as personal insight has evolved into a clear professional mission: to ensure neurodivergent people are understood, properly supported, and able to thrive without having to mask who they are.

Our work centres on Adult ADHD and Autism (ASC), including AuDHD profiles, while embracing the broader neurodivergent spectrum. We bring together lived experience, evidence-informed practice and structured learning design to support individuals, teams and organisations in creating meaningful, lasting change.

#neurominds

Neurominds focuses primarily on Adult ADHD and Autism, including AuDHD presentations, while supporting the wider neurodivergent spectrum. Drawing on both lived experience and professional expertise, Jan has built a neuro-affirmative approach that integrates coaching, CPD-accredited training and workplace consultancy.

The organisation is now developing structured learning pathways for individuals, employers and organisations, creating clarity, consistency and coherence in how neurodivergent support is understood and delivered.

At its core, Neurominds exists to help people move from coping to clarity, and from survival to sustainable success.
