1. About these terms

These Membership Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase or use a Clarity Club membership from Neurominds Support Limited ("Neurominds", "we", "us" or "our").

Please read these terms together with the information shown on the Clarity Club sales page, at checkout and in our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a membership, you enter into a contract with us subject to these terms and any rights that consumer law gives you.

2. About Clarity Club

Clarity Club is an online membership providing general educational, evidence-informed and practical content and activities relating to neurodivergent life.

The current membership may include recorded Clarity Sessions, live and recorded Clarity Focus Rooms, Live and recorded sessions with Jan, periodic Clarity Reset sessions, a member content library and other resources or activities described on the membership page.

3. What Clarity Club does not provide

Clarity Club is not a diagnostic, medical, psychotherapy, counselling, crisis or emergency service. It does not provide individually tailored medical advice or treatment.

Participation does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client or other regulated clinical relationship. If you need individual healthcare or regulated professional advice, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Eligibility and personal use

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase an individual membership unless we expressly state otherwise.

Your membership is personal to you. You must not share account credentials, recordings, downloads or member-only resources with another person except where we expressly permit this.

5. Price and recurring payment

The membership price, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before purchase.

Clarity Club may be offered as a monthly or annual recurring subscription.

If you choose the monthly subscription, your payment method will be charged monthly on each renewal date unless you cancel before your next renewal date.

If you choose the annual subscription, your payment method will be charged annually on each renewal date unless you cancel before your next renewal date.

If you join before Clarity Club launches on 1st October 2026, your first payment secures your membership, and your access will begin on 1st October 2026.

If you choose monthly membership before launch, your next payment will be due one calendar month after access begins, unless you cancel before that renewal date.

If you choose annual membership before launch, your next payment will be due one year after access begins, unless you cancel before that renewal date.

You can cancel your ongoing subscription using the cancellation process made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewal payments. Unless a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for a membership period that has already been paid for.

If the membership offer expands or the price changes in future, we will tell members clearly before any change affects them. Any changes will be handled in line with these Membership Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights.

6. Starting your membership and access

Access will normally begin after successful payment and any required checkout steps have been completed, unless you join before the Clarity Club launch date.

If you join before Clarity Club launches, your access will begin on the launch date shown at checkout.

You may join at any point in a calendar month. While your membership remains active and paid, you may access the member content that is made available to you, subject to these terms.

Access will normally end at the end of the paid period following cancellation, unless the checkout information or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Statutory cancellation rights and immediate supply

Consumers buying online may have statutory cancellation rights, including rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Clarity Club is a mixed membership containing digital content and live/ongoing services. If we make digital content or services available during a statutory cancellation period, the checkout process will provide the information and obtain any express request, consent or acknowledgement required by law before supply begins.

Because the legal treatment can differ between digital content and services, the checkout wording and cancellation workflow must be treated as part of the compliance design and should be legally reviewed before launch.

8. Cancelling the recurring subscription

You may cancel your ongoing subscription using the cancellation method provided with your membership. Cancellation will stop future renewals when completed before the next renewal becomes due.

Unless a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for a membership period that has already been paid for. Access will normally continue until the end of that paid period.

We will not charge a separate cancellation fee.

9. Weekly Clarity Sessions

We aim to release a new recorded Clarity Session each week, normally at the start of the working week. The schedule may change for reasonable operational reasons, including holidays, illness, technical issues or team availability.

Previous sessions may remain available in the Clarity Club Library while a member remains entitled to access them.

10. Clarity Focus Rooms

Clarity Focus Rooms are normally scheduled weekly, usually on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm UK time, unless otherwise stated in the published programme. The usual format is two approximately 50-minute focus blocks separated by an approximately 10-minute break. Timings may vary slightly in practice.

There is normally no requirement to speak, use a camera or disclose what you are working on. Focus Rooms may be hosted by Jan or another authorised Neurominds team member.

Focus Rooms are not individual or group coaching sessions.

11. Clarity Reset weeks

Approximately every 12 weeks, a scheduled Focus Room will be replaced by an interactive Clarity Reset session. The Reset forms part of the regular membership programme and is provided instead of the ordinary Focus Room during that week.

Members should not expect both a Focus Room and a Reset during the same Reset week unless we expressly advertise an additional session. Dates will be published in advance wherever reasonably possible.

12. Live with Jan and submitted questions

Clarity Club normally includes a Live with Jan session each month, usually scheduled for the third Thursday. We may invite members to submit questions in advance.

Submitting a question does not guarantee that it will be answered. We may select, combine, shorten or paraphrase questions so the discussion is relevant to the wider membership.

Questions requiring individual medical, clinical, therapeutic or other regulated professional advice may not be answered.

13. Live sessions and recordings

Some live sessions may be recorded. We will tell participants when recording is taking place and will explain any relevant participation or recording arrangements.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disclosure of identifiable member information in recordings made available to other members, but members should remain mindful of what they choose to disclose in an online group setting.

Not every live session will be recorded or made available afterwards unless we expressly say otherwise.

14. Programme changes

We may make reasonable changes to session dates or times, hosts, topics, formats, the organisation of the library or individual features to operate and improve the membership.

If a change materially alters the paid service in a way that affects members’ consumer rights, we will provide any notice, remedy or option required by applicable law.

15. Holidays, illness and unforeseen circumstances

Sessions may occasionally be rescheduled, replaced or cancelled because of illness, holidays, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and provide an appropriate alternative.

Membership of Clarity Club does not guarantee that any named individual will personally deliver every live session.

16. Member conduct

You agree to behave respectfully in live or community areas. You must not harass, intimidate or discriminate against another person, deliberately disrupt sessions, share another member’s personal information without permission, record live sessions without permission, use the membership for unauthorised advertising or solicitation, share unlawful or seriously harmful material or misuse member-only content.

We may take proportionate action, including warnings, restrictions, suspension or termination, where we reasonably believe that serious or repeated misconduct has occurred. We will act consistently with applicable consumer law.

17. Privacy and confidentiality between members

Members may choose to discuss personal experiences. Please do not repeat identifiable personal information shared by another member outside Clarity Club without their permission.

We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Members should therefore avoid sharing information they would not be comfortable disclosing in an online group environment.

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy

18. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Clarity Club videos, recordings, worksheets, presentations, written resources, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Neurominds and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Membership gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own non-commercial purposes while you are entitled to access them.

Without our written permission, you must not redistribute, upload, resell, commercially exploit, substantially reproduce in another course or service, or make member-only materials available to non-members.

19. Technology and availability

Clarity Club is delivered online and requires suitable internet access and compatible technology. We will take reasonable steps to operate the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary interruption may result from maintenance, third-party platforms, internet failures or other technical issues. Where a significant failure on our side prevents us from supplying a material part of the membership, any remedy will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

20. Educational content and evidence

We aim to distinguish appropriately between established evidence, emerging research, professional experience and practical strategies. Information and evidence may develop over time.

Clarity Club material is for general educational purposes and should not be relied upon as individual medical or clinical advice.

21. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Subject to those rights, members remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply general information or strategies to their own circumstances.

22. Ending access because of misuse

We may suspend or terminate access where a member seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, including by abusing other members, materially disrupting the service or sharing protected member-only materials.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for the decision. Termination under this section does not remove any statutory rights a consumer may have.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, technology or law. If a change materially affects existing members’ rights or obligations, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before it takes effect.

24. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
